Its horizontal airflow combined with its impingement airflow sets new a benchmark and, consequently, produces higher quality products compared to an industrial oven with purely horizontal airflow.

The GEA CookStar Turbo allows for exceptional cooking control and efficiency, with cooking flexibilities of up to 100°C difference in cooking temperatures between each zone. The innovative GEA oven will accurately control the conditions and temperatures in each zone with balanced airflow, active climate control and moderated exhaust control. An innovative way to smoke

The GEA CookStar also has the capabilities of producing smoked food products. Through the combination of condensed natural smoke, two-phase nozzle technology integration with the industrial spiral oven’s airflow and heating concept, it becomes a smoke process.
